Persona Identification

Having a clear picture of who you are communication to, creating content for, or trying to educate is a key element to user adoption. At Boom we know all too well that the first question an end user asks is "what's in it for me?". Communication Programs

Communication Programs detail what you are trying to achieve, who to target with your communications, when you will reach out to them, what message you will aim to get across and how you are going to distribute that message. Collateral design is the collection of materials and media used to promote technology roll out benefits. Four and a half years' experience as owner and CEO running a successful MSP within the Telstra Partner Channel and working with customers like Visy, Suncorp, Slater + Gordon and Monash Health.
Supported by 20+ years in corporate Marketing and Communication roles designing highly effective bespoke end user adoption programs; has been our point of difference and my passion.

Add to 20+ years in Industrial Design achieving international recognition; 4+ years as owner and CXO of a successful MSP collaborating with our Managed Mobility Services customers inside the Telstra Partner Channel.  We've delivered enterprise level design focused on user experience, persona identification, creative design and development of user adoption collateral and programs of work.
